How cashless admission works

Before Admission
Carry your insurance card + photo ID. Our TPA desk (Ground Floor, next to Billing) verifies your cover and files pre-authorisation with your insurer — covering all GIC member companies.

During Treatment
The TPA desk coordinates all approvals. You don't pay at the counter for covered treatments.

At Discharge
We settle directly with your insurer. Only non-covered items (if any) are payable. A full itemised bill is always provided on request.

My insurer is a GIC member — does that mean I am covered?
Yes. If your insurer appears in the GIC Member section above, you can avail cashless treatment at KCare. Bring your policy card + Aadhaar to the TPA desk.
Do I need to inform my insurance company in advance?
For planned procedures yes — our TPA desk files pre-authorisation on your behalf. For emergency admissions, inform within 24 hours.
What documents do I need?
Your insurance card or policy number, a valid photo ID (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport), and a referral letter if required by your insurer.
What if my insurer is not listed?
Call our TPA desk on +91 9795 614 614. We regularly add new empanellements and your insurer may already have a direct tie-up.
Is Ayushman Bharat available for all treatments?
PMJAY covers listed procedures across most specialties. Our TPA desk can confirm eligibility for your specific condition on the spot.
